EY has over 15 years’ experience of working with clients in the life settlements industry and the team draws on its wider capital markets and longevity teams to provide life settlement expertise to the industry. Particular areas of focus are regulated services (as auditor, calculation agent or valuation agent), due diligence for acquisitions or disposals, and a range of other consulting services including tax, regulatory, actuarial and restructuring.

EY has joined ELSA in order to work with other members to promote regulatory change within the life settlements industry and to improve regulatory disclosures in line with ELSA’s code of conduct.
