The European Life Settlement Association (ELSA) elects Scott Willkomm, CEO of Life Equity as Chair for 2018.

The results of the elections were:

• Jim Ray, Investment Analyst at SL Investment Management, ELSA Treasurer.

• Jule Rousseau, Partner at Arent Fox;
• Philip Siller, Co-CEO of BroadRiver Asset Management;
