ELSA Elects New Executive at 2022 Annual General Meeting
Scott Willkomm & Bill Corry re-elected as ELSA Chair and Deputy Chair.
The European Life Settlement Association (ELSA) is pleased to announce the election of the organisation’s Executive Board for 2023. Scott Willkomm of Life Equity has been re-elected as Chair and Bill Corry of Corry Capital Advisors as Deputy Chair at ELSA’s 2022 Annual General Meeting, which took place on 17th October, 2022.

Officers
- Scott Willkomm, CEO of Life Equity, as Chair of ELSA
- Bill Corry, Owner of Corry Capital Advisors, as Deputy Chair of ELSA
- Philip Siller, Co-CEO & Founder at BroadRiver Asset Management, as Secretary of ELSA
- Alec Taylor, Marketing & Relationship Director of SL Investment Management, as Treasurer of ELSA
Ordinary members of the executive
- Simon Erritt, Managing Director of Coventry Capital (returning)
- Maurizio Pellegrini, Life Settlements Manager of Azimut Investments SA (returning)
- Philip Hall, Manager of Product and Business Development at Longevity Holdings, LLC (returning)
- Brian Casey, Partner at Locke Lord(returning)
- Adam Meltzer, Vice President at Preston Ventures (new)
Each Officer and Ordinary Member serves for a full calendar year, from January 1 through December 31, and elections take place in the autumn of each year for the upcoming year.
Preston Ventures’ Adam Meltzer is a new Ordinary Member of the Executive. Meltzer replaces Jule Rousseau, Partner at ArentFox Schiff, who has stepped down from the Executive. Rousseau has been an Ordinary Member of the Executive since 2015 and most recently acted as Secretary of the Association. ELSA would like to take this opportunity to thank Jule Rousseau for his commitment and his contribution to the Association’s successes.

“Despite the challenges that the pandemic has continued to bring, ELSA has continued to be at the forefront of positive development in the life settlement industry,” said Scott Willkomm, Chief Executive of Life Equity, who was elected to his fifth term of Chair of ELSA. “2023 and beyond is set to provide a number of opportunities for the Association to continue its ongoing objectives of promoting best practice, educating the investor community and wider stakeholders, and further developing industry standards.”
“As ELSA continues to grow and develop, we are all looking forward to the year ahead,” said Alec Taylor, Marketing and Relationship Director at SL Investment Management. “I am pleased to be able to continue in my position as Treasurer and continue to support the delivery of the Association’s goals.”
